Shipping and Returns
Kaos Kids offers In-Store Pickup, Free Local Delivery for orders over $100 (before tax) and Free Shipping to Western Canada for orders over $150* (before tax) *Heavy and Bulky items (Car Seats, Strollers, EzyRollers etc.) are excluded from Free Shipping offers and will incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a shipping quote on heavy items.
Orders with free shipping may take up to 14 business days to arrive (usually under 7), depending on your location, and will be sent by Canada Post. Due to occasional circumstances that are outside of our control (such as a weather event, postal strike or worldwide pandemic), delivery time may take longer, and we are unable to offer ship time guarantees.
Currently, we ship to BC, AB, NT, YT and NU. We do not Ship to the United States. Please contact us at 604-892-5567 or email@example.com to inquire about other options.
In-Store Pickup & Local Delivery
Free In-Store Pickup :
Shop online from the convenience of your home and then pick up from our Downtown Squamish location. Please allow up to 2 days for processing. A confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. You will need to provide photo ID to pick up your order. We are located at 38068 Cleveland Ave, Squamish BC.
Free Local Delivery within Squamish :
We offer free local delivery on orders over $100 before tax. Please allow up to 2 days for processing. We will contact you to arrange delivery when your order is ready. Neighbourhoods Include: Downtown, Dentville, North Yards, Valleycliffe, Hospital Hill, Garibaldi Estates, Garibaldi Highlands and Brackendale. For orders under $100 a $10 delivery fee will be charged. You will need to provide Photo ID at time of delivery.
Free Shipping to Western Canada

• Orders under $150 are charged a flat rate of $15 plus GST (Except those heavy/bulky items of course 😊)
• Orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited
• Orders must meet Canada Post size and weight requirements (no dimension greater than one metre and must weigh less than 30 kg)
• Most orders will be processed in store within 1-2 business days and arrive at your location within 5-14 business days (not guaranteed)
• As per Canadian Law, we must collect sales taxes as applicable to the destination province
Clicked the wrong item? No problem, you can return unused items withing 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in saleable, unused condition, with unopened packaging and accompanied by an original receipt. Damaged, Final Sale and Discontinued items are not eligible for return.
In the case of online merchandise returns, shipping charges will not be refunded, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error by Kaos Kids. All returns require prior email authorization. Please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery to start the process.
Final Sale & Items Not Eligible ForReturn
Some items are not eligible for return due to hygienic standards and in order to ensure continuity of the products quality and safety. We would not be able to resell these items therefor we can not return them. Manufacturer warranties are in place for any flaws or deficiencies that might occur.

At Kaos Kids we strive to carry products of the highest quality and value. Occasionally warranty issues will arise, and our suppliers are quick to provide support. Products are restricted to the individual manufacturers warranty and return policy. Items showing excessive wear & tear or damaged due to misuse are not eligible.
